口腔粘接技术在牙体缺损修复中的临床价值

Clinical value of oral bonding technology in the repair of dental defects

研究口腔粘接技术在牙体缺损修复中的临床应用价值。经随机化法将90例患者分成观察组与对照组组例数各45例,观察组应用Panavia F树脂水门汀粘接全冠,对照组用富士多功能玻璃离子粘接全冠,评估临床疗效、牙龈情况及满意度。结果表明:观察组治疗总有疗效率为93.33%,对照组总有疗效率为77.78%;观察组总有疗效率较对照组高(P<0.05)。观察组牙龈变色发生率较对照组低(P<0.05);两组间牙龈炎、牙龈出血无明显差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,两组牙菌斑指数(PLI)、探诊深度(PD)和出血指数(BI)均有降低趋势;其中观察组PLI值低于对照组(P<0.05),两组PD值、BI值无明显差异(P>0.05)。观察组满意度为97.78%,对照组满意度为82.22%;观察组满意度较对照组高(P<0.05)。这说明在牙体缺损修复中应用Panavia F树脂水门汀,可以有效减少牙龈变色、牙龈炎,改善牙龈健康,获取良好口腔美观度,提升患者对口腔干预的满意度。

To analyze the clinical application value of modern oral bonding technology in dental defect restoration.After a simple randomization method,90 patients were divided into an observation group and a control group for the study,with 45 cases in each group.The observation group used Panavia F resin cement,and the control group only used Fuji multifunctional glass ionomer cement.Assess clinical efficacy,gum condition and satisfaction.The results show that the total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.33%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 77.78%.Obviously,the total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the incidence of gingival discoloration in the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05);there was no significant difference between the two groups in gingivitis and gum bleeding(P>0.05).After treatment,the PLI value,PD value and BI value of the two groups had a decreasing trend.The PLI value of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),the PD value and BI value of the two groups had no significant difference(P>0.05).The satisfaction degree of the observation group was as high as 97.78%,the satisfaction degree of the control group was 82.22%,and the satisfaction degree of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The conclusion was that the application of Panavia F resin cement in the restoration of dental defects can effectively reduce gingival degeneration and gingivitis,improve gum health,obtain good oral aesthetics,and improve patients satisfaction with oral intervention.
