摘要
为更好的观察特殊运动器材2A12铝合金在应力条件下的裂纹扩展状况,将通过三维重建方法对2A12铝合金的疲劳寿命以及裂纹扩展状况进行检测,在检测过程中引进CT扫描技术,这样可更加清晰地观察裂纹扩展状况为后续研究提供有效技术支持。针对特殊运动器材2A12铝合金在疲劳状态下产生的裂纹对其进行修复与愈合,并通过搅拌摩擦裂纹修复技术进行实验分析,为特殊运动器材2A12铝合金疲劳裂纹的修复环境营造良好氛围。
In order to better observe the crack growth status of special sports equipment 2A12 aluminum alloy under stress conditions,the fatigue life and crack growth status of 2A12 aluminum alloy will be inspected through three-dimensional reconstruction methods,and CT scanning technology will be introduced in the inspection process to provide for clearer observation of crack growth and effective technical support for further studies.The research repairs and heals the cracks generated in the fatigue state of 2A12 aluminum alloy for special sports equipment,and will conduct experiments and analysis through friction stir crack repair technology to create a good atmosphere for the repair environment of 2A12 aluminum alloy fatigue cracks in special sports equipment.
