摘要
轴承作为水轮发电机组设备的重要部件,其温度升高将会使油质裂化,直接影响冷却、润滑性能和黏度,严重时将直接烧坏轴承。水轮发电机组设备故障诊断系统一般通过在早期阶段检测系统异常来防止水轮发电机产生严重事故,该系统通过轴承相关部件的物理动力学模型,如轴瓦和润滑油冷却器来预测轴承温度变化;模型中轴承间隙宽度,通过使用非线性优化方法最小化轴承和油温的测量值和计算值之间的差异来在线估计,系统根据预测结果和估计参数值检测和诊断异常,系统的准确预测性能得到验证,从而证明检测系统的可靠性。
As an important part of hydro generator unit equipment,the temperature rise of bearing will crack the oil,directly affect the cooling,lubrication performance and viscosity,and directly burn out the bearing in serious cases.The equipment fault diagnosis system of hydro generator unit generally prevents serious accidents of hydro generator by detecting system abnormalities in the early stage.The system predicts the temperature change of bearing through the physical and dynamic model of bearing related components,such as bearing bush and lubricating oil cooler.The bearing clearance width in the model is estimated online by minimizing the difference between the measured and calculated values of bearing and oil temperature by using the nonlinear optimization method.The system detects and diagnoses abnormalities according to the prediction results and estimated parameter values,and the accurate prediction performance of the system is verified,which proves the reliability of the detection system.
