U型钢板桩抗弯力学特性分析

摘要 由于U型钢板桩结构特殊的锁口联接形式,在弯曲荷载作用下,钢板桩结构的相关力学特性的分析计算具有很大的不确定性。通过进行室内U型钢板桩弯曲试验,分析钢板桩的挠度、桩端锁口滑移量、横截面应变,较为系统地研究了钢板桩在受弯作用下的抗弯力学特性等机理。结果表明:锁口不作处理且支座间距较大时,组合钢板桩可以发生较大变形,抗弯刚度相对单桩刚度无明显提升;不同的支座间距对组合钢板桩抗弯刚度有不同影响,支座间距的减小,有助于抗弯能力的提升。说明实际工程中钢板桩竖向支撑、围檩的间距不宜过大。 Due to the special locking form of U-shaped steel sheet pile structure,the analysis and calculation of related mechanical properties of steel sheet pile structure under bending load have great uncertainty.Based on the U-shaped steel sheet pile bending test in the laboratory,the deflection,relative slip of the pile end lock and the cross-section strain of the steel sheet pile are analyzed,and the mechanism of the bending mechanical properties of the steel sheet pile under bending is systematically studied.The results show that when the locking joints are not treated and the bearing spacing is large,the composite steel sheet pile can have large deformation,and the flexure stiffness of composite steel sheet pile is not significantly improved.Different support spacing has different influences on the flexural stiffness of composite steel sheet pile.The reduction of support spacing is conducive to the improvement of flexural capacity.Therefore,the spacing between vertical support and enclosing purlin of steel sheet pile should not be too large in practical engineering.
