摘要
目的 探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期(AECOPD)应用硫酸沙丁胺醇与噻托溴铵吸入粉雾剂联合治疗的效果。方法 选取2019年1月~2020年10月江苏省沭阳医院收治的AECOPD患者100例为研究对象,应用单双号分组法分为对照组与观察组,每组各50例,对照组采用噻托溴铵吸入粉雾剂治疗,观察组采用硫酸沙丁胺醇与噻托溴铵吸入粉雾剂联合治疗。比较两组患者治疗后的临床疗效、肺功能、血气指标、炎症水平及不良反应情况。结果 观察组临床治疗的总有效率(98.00%)显著高于对照组(82.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组和对照组的FVC、FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)%、PaO_(2)均明显升高,PaCO_(2)明显降低,且观察组变化更为显著(均P<0.05)。观察组和对照组患者经治疗后的hs-CRP、PCT、IL-6均低于治疗前,且观察组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 硫酸沙丁胺醇联合噻托溴铵吸入粉雾剂治疗AECOPD疗效显著,能有效改善患者的肺功能,降低炎症水平。
Objective To explore the effect of salbutamol sulfate combined with tiotropium bromide powder for inhalation on acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD). Methods A total of 100 patients with AECOPD admitted from January 2019 to October 2020 of Shuyang Hospital of Jiangsu Province were selected as research objects, and they divided into the control group and the observation group based on the even and odd-number,with 50 cases in each group. The control group was treated with tiotropium bromide powder for inhalation, while the observation group was treated with salbutamol sulfate combined with tiotropium bromide powder for inhalation. The clinical efficacy, pulmonary function, blood gas index, inflammation level and adverse reactions of the two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group(98.00%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(82.00%),with statistically significant difference(P<0.05).After treatment, FVC,FEV_(1),FEV_(1)%,PaO_(2)in the observation group and the control group were significantly increased, PaCO_(2)was significantly decreased, and the changes in the observation group were more significant(all P<0.05).After treatment,hs-CRP,PCT and IL-6 in observation group and control group were lower than those before treatment, and those indexes of observation group were lower than those in control group(all P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05). Conclusion The salbutamol sulfate combined with tiotropium bromide powder for inhalation is effective in treating AECOPD, which can effectively improve the pulmonary function of patients and reduce the level of inflammation.
