小青龙汤对支气管哮喘急性发作期炎症因子及肺功能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 目的 探讨小青龙汤对支气管哮喘急性发作期炎症因子及肺功能的影响。方法 选取2019年1月~2021年1月江西省赣州市人民医院治疗的支气管哮喘急性发作患者105例,采用随机数字表法分为对照组(常规治疗,n=52)与观察组(小青龙汤+常规治疗,n=53)。连续治疗2周后,对比分析两组的炎症因子和肺功能情况。结果 观察组白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)及肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平低于对照组(P<0.01)。观察组第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、用力肺活量(FVC)及FEV_(1)/FVC高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论 对支气管哮喘急性发作期患者进行小青龙汤治疗的效果显著,有利于改善患者的通气功能,减轻炎症反应,临床可进一步推广运用。 Objective To explore the effect of Xiaoqinglong decoction on inflammatory factors and lung function of acute episode of bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 105 subjects in this study were patients with acute episode of bronchial asthma who were admitted to Ganzhou People′s Hospital in Jiangxi Province for treatment from January 2019to January 2021. They were divided into the control group(conventional treatment, n=52) and the observation group(Xiaoqinglong decoction + conventional treatment, n=53) by the random number table method. After 2 weeks of continuous treatment, the inflammatory factors and lung function of the two groups were compared and analyzed. Results The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6), interleukin-8(IL-8) and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α) in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.01). The forced expiratory volume in the first second(FEV_(1)),forced vital capacity(FVC) and FEV_(1)/FVC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.01). Conclusion Xiaoqinglong decoction has an ideal effect in the acute episode of bronchial asthma, and can promote the improvement of inflammatory factors and lung function, which can be further popularized in clinic.
