活血消肿方灌洗治疗肠造口水肿患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect of Huoxue Xiaozhong Decoction on patients with enterostomy edema

目的 探讨活血消肿方灌洗治疗肠造口水肿患者的临床疗效。方法 选取2019年7月~2021年7月在浙江省立同德医院行结直肠癌根治术后并发肠造口水肿患者40例,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各20例。治疗组采用活血消肿方灌洗治疗,对照组采用10%氯化钠溶液外敷治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后水肿消退的时间、疗效指数和药物治疗满意度等临床疗效指标。结果 治疗1周后,两组水肿程度评分与治疗前比较,均一定程度的下降,治疗组的水肿程度评分下降更多,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),治疗组总有效率为95%,高于对照组的80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后水肿均逐渐消退,治疗组消退时间为(5.50±2.50)d,明显短于对照组的(7.15±2.20)d,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组药物治疗满意度的药物效力、副作用、使用便利性以及整体满意度得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 活血消肿方灌洗治疗肠造口水肿患者的临床疗效确切,显著降低肠造口水肿程度,提高患者满意度,值得推广。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Huoxue Xiaozhong prescription in the irrigation treatment of enterostomy edema. Methods A total of 40 patients with complicated enterostomy edema after radical resection of colorectal cancer in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2021 were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group, with 20 cases in each group. The treatment group was given irrigation treatment with Huoxue Xiaozhong prescription. The control group was treated with external application of 10% sodium chloride solution. The time to edema regression, efficacy index and drug treatment satisfaction were compared between the two groups before and after treatment. Results After one week of treatment,the edema degree score of the treatment group and the control group decreased to a certain extent, but the edema degree score decrease was more significant in the treatment group than in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group(95%) was higher than that of the control group(80%), with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The edema of the two groups gradually subsided after treatment. The time to edema regression in the treatment group [(5.50 ±2.50)days] was significantly shorter than that in the control group [(7.15±2.20) days],with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).The drug efficacy, side effects, ease of use and overall satisfaction scores of drug treatment satisfaction in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group, with statistically significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion Huoxue Xiaozhong prescription in the irrigation treatment of enterostomy edema shows definitive clinical efficacy,which can significantly reduce the degree of enterostomy edema and improve patient satisfaction.Therefore,it is worthy of popularization.
