摘要
目的 探讨悬吊运动训练对肌张力降低脑卒中患者运动功能的影响。方法 选取2016年8月至2018年6月住院的肌张力降低脑卒中患者35例,随机分为对照组17例和治疗组18例。2组均接受基础药物治疗,其中对照组给予常规康复治疗,治疗组在常规康复治疗基础上给予悬吊运动训练;观察2组患者的肢体肌张力的变化情况及步行能力、平衡能力的改善情况。结果 2组的肌张力积分均较治疗前改善,治疗组肌张力积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组患者的Holden评分及Fugl-Meyer评分较治疗前均增加,治疗组患者的Holden评分及Fugl-Meyer评分均明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 悬吊运动训练可促进脑卒中患者低下肌张力的恢复,可明显改善患者的步行能力及平衡能力。
Objective To investigate the effects of suspension exercise on the motor function of patients with cerebral stroke complicated hypomyotonia.Methods A total of 35 patients with cerebral stroke complicated by hypomyotonia who were treated in our hospital from August 2016 to June 2018 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided into control group(n=17),and observation group(n=18).The patients in both groups were given basic medication,on that basis,thepatients in control group were given routine rehabilitation therapy,however,those in observation group,on the basis of control group,were treated by suspension exercise training(SET).The change of muscle tone,and the improvement status of walking ability and balance were observed and compared between the wto groups.Results After treatment,the muscular tone scores in both groups were improved,moreover,which in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Holden scores and Fugl-Meyer scores in both groups were increased,moreover,which in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The suspension exercise training can improve the recovery of patients with cerebral stroke complicated by hypomyotonia,which can improve the walking ability and balance ability of patients.
