微血管成像技术评价不同剂量阿托伐他汀对颈动脉斑块内新生血管的影响

Effects of different doses of atorvastatin calcium tablets on neovascularization in carotid plaque evaluated by microvascular imaging technique

目的 采用微血管成像技术评价不同剂量阿托伐他汀钙片对颈动脉斑块内新生血管的影响。方法 选择2017年1月至2019年12月就诊行超声检查发现有颈动脉斑块患者,应用微血管成像技术对具有新生血管的患者256例,按单双号分为阿托伐他汀钙片20 mg/d组128例和40 mg/d组128例。治疗3个月,比较治疗前后患者血脂水平、斑块内新生血管的变化情况,观察终点事件及不良反应发生情况。结果 阿托伐他汀钙片40 mg/d组患者血清低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)及总胆固醇(TC)均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05);斑块内新生血管40 mg/d组较20 mg/d组明显减少,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 通过微血管成像技术可以客观准确评估斑块内新生血管情况;阿托伐他汀钙片40 mg/d可以显著降低斑块的不稳定性。

Objective To investigate the effects of different doses of atorvastatin calcium tablets on neovascularization in carotid plaque evaluated by microvascular imaging technique.Methods A total of 256 patients with carotid plaque found by ultrasonography in our hospital from January 2017 to December 2019 were enrolled in the study,who were randomly divided in to two groups,with 128 cases in each group.The patients in group A were treated by atorvastatin calcium tablet 20mg/d,however,those in group B were treated by atorvastatin calcium tablet 20mg/d,with a treatment course of 3 months for both groups.The changes of blood lipid levels and neovascularization in plaque before and after treatment,and the endpoint events and the incidence of adverse reactions were observed and compared between the two groups.Results After treatment,the serum levels of low density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C)and total cholesterol(TC)in group B were significantly decreased,moreover,which in group B were significantly lower than those in group A(P<0.05).In addition the neovascularization in plaque in group B was significantly lower than that in group A(P<0.01).Conclusion Microvascular imaging can objectively and accurately evaluate the neovascularization in plaque in patients with carotid plaque,and atorvastatin calcium tablets 40mg/d can significantly decrease the the instability of plaque.
