CSPG4和AQP1在脑胶质瘤中的表达及意义

摘要 目的探讨硫酸软骨素蛋白聚糖4(CSPG4)和水通道蛋白1(AQP1)在脑胶质瘤中的表达及其对低级别脑胶质瘤和胚胎发育不良性神经上皮肿瘤(DNT)的鉴别诊断价值。方法选取于广东祈福医院和南部战区总医院确诊的160例脑胶质瘤初诊患者和20例DNT患者的病理标本。采用免疫组化(IHC)法检测患者肿瘤组织和正常脑组织中的CSPG4和AQP1表达水平。结果CSPG4和AQP1在脑胶质瘤组织中的阳性率均高于正常脑组织(P<0.05)。CSPG4和AQP1在不同WHO分级脑胶质瘤组织中的阳性率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05),且随着脑胶质瘤WHO分级的提高两者的阳性率逐渐升高。CSPG4和AQP1在低级别脑胶质瘤和DNT组织中的阳性率比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CSPG4和AQP1在脑胶质瘤组织中的表达无相关性。结论CSPG4和AQP1可用于脑胶质瘤的辅助诊断,且表达水平随着脑胶质瘤WHO分级的提高而升高。但CSPG4和AQP1不能用于低级别脑胶质瘤与DNT的鉴别诊断。 Objective To investigate the expression of chondroitin sulfate proteoglycan 4(CSPG4)and aquaporin 1(AQP1)in brain glioma and its value in the differential diagnosis of low-grade brain glioma and dysembryoplastic neuroepithelial tumor(DNT).Methods The pathological specimens of 160 newly diagnosed patients with brain glioma and 20 patients with DNT diagnosed in Guangdong Clifford Hospital and General Hospital of Southern Theater Command were selected.The expression levels of CSPG4 and AQP1 in tumor tissues and normal brain tissues of patients were detected by immunohistochemistry(IHC).Results The positive rates of CSPG4 and AQP1 in brain glioma tissues were higher than those in normal brain tissues(P<0.05).The positive rates of CSPG4 and AQP1 in different WHO grades of brain glioma tissues were compared,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),and the positive rates of the two gradually increased with the increase of WHO grades of brain glioma.There were no significant differences in the positive rates of CSPG4 and AQP1 in low-grade brain glioma and DNT tissues(P>0.05).There was no correlation between the expressions of CSPG4 and AQP1 in brain glioma tissues.Conclusion CSPG4 and AQP1 can be used in the auxiliary diagnosis of brain glioma,and their expression levels increase with the increase of WHO grades of glioma.However,CSPG4 and AQP1 cannot be used in the differential diagnosis of low-grade brain glioma and DNT.
