摘要
加气浮选器是海上采油平台水处理系统重要的设备,渤海某油田现场日常生产发现平台加气浮选器存在水相出口含油时高时低,处理不合格现象,随着生产水处理量不断增大,注水水质不能满足注水要求,查找原因分析可能在于文丘里管,对优化加气浮选器的溶气方式进行研究,主要包括加气浮选器的原理与加气浮现器溶气方式等多方面的研究。
It was found in the daily production of an oil field in Bohai Sea that the platform gas floatation device has the phenomenon of high and low oil content at the outlet of the water phase,and the treatment is not up to standard,with the increase of water treatment capacity,the quality of water injection can not meet the requirement of water injection.The problem may lie in the Venturi Tube.This project mainly includes the study of the principle of airentraining floatation device and the way of air-entraining floatation device.
