Analysis on Project Management of Offshore Nondestructive Testing

无损检测是海上油气生产设备设施质量控制的重点环节,是保证作业现场安全运行的必要条件。主要对海上无损检测过程中容易出现的问题进行探讨,建立适用于海上油气生产设施的无损检测管理体系制度,制定出一套涵盖无损检测人员、设备、工艺文件、检测程序、资料等方面的综合管理方案。针对相应的设备质量问题得出切实有效的解决方案,提高海上油气生产设施无损检测结果的准确性及可靠性,进而起到保障海上油气生产设施本质安全的目的。

Nondestructive testing is the key link of quality control of offshore oil and gas production equipment and facilities,and it is a necessary condition to ensure the safe operation of the operation site.This paper discusses the problems prone to occur in the process of offshore nondestructive testing,establishes a nondestructive testing management system suitable for offshore oil and gas production facilities,and formulates a comprehensive management scheme covering nondestructive testing personnel,equipment,process documents,testing procedures,data and so on.In view of the corresponding equipment quality problems,practical and effective solutions are obtained to improve the accuracy and reliability of nondestructive testing results of offshore oil and gas production facilities,so as to ensure the essential safety of offshore oil and gas production facilities.
