循环流化床锅炉烟气超低排放改造分析

摘要 近年来,随着能源价格不断上升,而煤炭价格呈现持续偏高状态,加上我国大力提倡环境保护、节能减排,对煤炭资源利用率要求更高。为此,在提升煤炭资源利用率方面,需注重技术工艺优化和改造,以减少污染物排放。近年来,随着燃烧技术的不断更新,循环流化床锅炉属于新型燃烧技术,其脱硫剂、燃料通过多次循环后,产生脱硫反应、低温燃烧,锅炉内的湍流呈强烈运动状态,不仅能够提升脱硫效率,还具有良好负荷调节性能,促进灰渣的综合利用率。现阶段,循环流化床技术得到广泛推广、更新,在低氮燃烧、锅炉内脱硫以及燃烧控制上,得到了优化改进。针对循环流化床锅炉排放较低,探讨了烟气超低排放改造的相关工艺。 In recent years,with the continuous rise of energy prices and the continuous high state of coal prices,coupled with China's strong promotion of environmental protection,energy conservation and emission reduction,there are higher requirements for the utilization rate of coal resources.Therefore,in terms of improving the utilization rate of coal resources,we need to pay attention to the optimization and transformation of technology and process to reduce the emission of pollutants.In recent years,with the continuous renewal of combustion technology,circulating fluidized bed boiler belongs to a new combustion technology.Its desulfurizer and fuel produce desulfurization reaction and low-temperature combustion after multiple cycles.The turbulence in the boiler is in a strong motion state,which can not only improve the desulfurization efficiency,but also have good load regulation performance and promote the comprehensive utilization of ash and slag.At this stage,circulating fluidized bed technology has been widely promoted and updated,and has been optimized and improved in low nitrogen combustion,desulfurization in boiler and combustion control.Based on the low emission of circulating fluidized bed boiler,this paper discusses the related technology of ultra-low emission transformation of flue gas.
