摘要
甲板吊车是海洋石油钻井平台的关键性甲板设备,主要用于把物料、设备、钻具等由补给船吊运至平台,进而根据平台生产需要,吊至平台各指定区域,甚至可根据需要,用于吊运人员,故其稳定运行与否、安全运转与否,对于平台的运营生产、作业进度、设备及人员安全至关重要。为保证平台吊车安全运行,降低液压系统故障率,避免滚筒碟刹非正常磨损,通过对BMC型甲板吊车的液压控制系统及滚筒碟刹系统进行介绍,并结合平台现场故障处理及运维实际情况、厂家建议,探讨了其存在的问题,以及升级改造方案和现场维保管理建议。
Deck crane is the critical deck equipment for offshore oil drilling rig,which is mainly used to load the material,equipment and tubular etc.from platform supply vessel to deck of rig,and also load them to designated areas as per operation requirements of rig,sometimes also used to load the personnel,hence whether to run stably,reliably and safely is crucial for the operation,progress and the safety of equipment and personnel.In order to ensure the safe running of deck crane,reduce the failure frequency of hydraulic system,and avoid the abnormal wear on the drum brake disc,the thesis is to introduce the hydraulic control system and drum brake disc system of BMC deck crane,and discuss some problems,upgrade scheme and management suggestions on the site maintenance based on the record of site troubleshoot,running and maintenance,and OEM’s recommendations.
