摘要 己二腈是聚酰胺66和HDI生产的基础原料,市场需求度较高,相配套的生产工艺也在不断优化改进,生产工艺水平极大提升。丁二烯直接氰化法是一种工艺简单、经济性良好的生产工艺,在国际范围内处于领先地位,选择丁二烯作为己二腈生产原料更加安全可靠。基于此,主要就丁二烯氰化法生产己二腈工艺着手分析,在分析其原理和伴随的安全风险基础上,探究丁二烯存储和使用条件,并探究安全事故形成的原因和条件,以为后续的己二腈制备提供经验积累,最大程度上降低丁二烯危险性可能产生的安全事故。 Adiponitrile is the basic raw material for the production of nylon 66 and HDI,and the market demand is high.The matching production process is constantly optimized and improved,and the production technology level is greatly improved.The direct cyanation of butadiene is a simple and economical production process,and it is in a leading position in the world.It is safer and more reliable to choose butadiene as the raw material for adiponitrile production.Based on this,the article mainly analyzes the production of adiponitrile by butadiene cyanation.On the basis of analyzing its principle and accompanying safety risks,it explores the storage and use conditions of butadiene,and explores the causes and conditions of safety accidents.,in order to accumulate experience,provide experience accumulation for the subsequent preparation of adiponitrile,and minimize the possible safety accidents caused by the danger of butadiene.
