摘要
工业尾气发酵制燃料乙醇为新兴技术,市场前景广阔;但该技术在生产应用过程中的废气治理等方面研究报道较少。工业尾气发酵过程中产生的发酵尾气含有硫化氢及少量有机硫等含硫物质,根据发酵尾气的特点,可首先经焚烧炉燃烧联产蒸汽后,将发酵尾气中含硫物质转化为二氧化硫,随后进行脱硫治理及硫回收利用。根据工业尾气发酵的特点,结合某工业尾气发酵制燃料乙醇企业的实际工况及设备特性,重点研究了不同脱硫方式及硫回收利用的可行性,最终得出最佳的脱硫及硫回收方式“简易氨法脱硫+喷淋洗涤回收工艺”。
The production of fuel ethanol from industrial tail gas fermentation is an emerging technology with broad market prospects;However,there are few research reports on the waste gas treatment in the production and application process.The fermentation tail gas produced in the fermentation process of industrial tail gas contains sulfurcontaining substances such as hydrogen sulfide and a small amount of organic sulfur.According to the characteristics of fermentation tail gas,the sulfur-containing substances in fermentation tail gas can be converted into sulfur dioxide after burning steam in incinerator,and then desulfurization treatment and sulfur recovery can be carried out.According to the characteristics of industrial tail gas fermentation,combined with the actual working conditions and equipment characteristics of an industrial tail gas fermentation fuel ethanol enterprise,this paper focuses on the feasibility of different desulfurization methods and sulfur recovery,and finally obtains the best desulfurization and sulfur recovery method“simple ammonia desulfurization+spray washing recovery process”.
