Oligonucleotide is a synthetic biomolecule,which plays an important role in the fields of treatment,diagnosis and scientific research because of its wide application in a variety of biological and biochemical aspects.It is understood that in recent years,oligonucleotides and their analogues have made great research progress in large-scale synthesis.This paper focuses on the synthesis of oligonucleotides and the purification of crude oligonucleotides.
