摘要
催化液化气脱硫醇装置属于石化领域极其重要的一个设备,其不仅会影响液化气的质量,而且还会影响到生产的效率与安全。因此,为了充分保障催化液化气脱硫醇装置安全、稳定的运行,对催化液化气脱硫醇装置工艺优化展开了研究,首先找出了催化液化气脱硫醇装置在生产过程中所存在的问题,主要包括:系统碱液不正常、精制液化气含碱、液化气水含量过大、原料的硫醇硫变多、循环碱液不能提量、脱硫醇反应器的压差过大以及尾气严重含液等,然后针对这些问题对工艺展开了深入的优化,优化以后的精制液化气质量全部达标,催化液化气脱硫醇装置运行非常稳定,不仅降低了安全隐患,而且还给生产带来了促进作用,既有节能降耗的作用,又有扩大生产的效果。
Catalytic liquefied gas mercaptan removal unit is an extremely important equipment in the petrochemical field.It will not only affect the quality of liquefied gas,but also affect the efficiency and safety of production.Therefore,in order to fully ensure the safe and stable operation of the catalytic liquefied gas mercaptan removal unit,this paper focuses on the process optimization of the catalytic liquefied gas mercaptan removal unit.Firstly,the problems existing in the production process of the catalytic liquefied gas mercaptan removal unit are found out,mainly including abnormal alkali liquid in the system,alkali in the refined liquefied gas,excessive water content in the liquefied gas,more mercaptan sulfur in the raw material,unable to increase the amount of circulating alkali liquid The pressure difference of mercaptan removal reactor is too large and the tail gas contains liquid seriously.Then,in view of these problems,the process is deeply optimized.After the optimization,the quality of refined liquefied gas meets the standard.The operation of catalytic liquefied gas mercaptan removal unit is very stable,which not only reduces the potential safety hazards,but also promotes the production.It not only saves energy and reduces consumption,but also expands the production.
