有机固体废弃物热化学制氢研究

Research Thermochemical Hydrogen Production from Organic Solid Waste

摘要 氢气是当前化工领域常用原材料之一,为弥补传统化石燃料制氢的不足,提升城市固体废弃物(简称有机固废)的利用效率,提出把部分有机物作为制氢原材料的建议。在粗略解读有机固废原材料属性的基础上,将有机固废热化学转化制氢的技术路线,催化剂及吸附剂使用情况,通过进行技术经济性分析认为,有机固废制氢有较大的应用潜力,值得推广。 Hydrogen is one of the common raw materials in the current chemical industry.In order to make up for the shortage of hydrogen production from traditional fossil fuels and improve the utilization efficiency of municipal solid waste(hereinafter referred to as“organic solid waste”),some organic matter is proposed as raw materials for hydrogen production.Based on the rough interpretation of the properties of organic solid waste raw materials,this paper puts forward the technical route of thermal chemical conversion of organic solid waste to hydrogen,and the use of catalyst and adsorbent.Through the technical and economic analysis,it is considered that organic solid waste hydrogen production has great application potential and is worth popularizing.
