Analysis on Improvement of Wastewater Treatment Process in Biopharmaceutical Industry

随着生物医药工业的发展,制药废水已成为水环境污染防治的重要关注点之一。目前市场上药物品种繁多,在生产过程中,配比原料种类多,有的甚至需要采用特殊工艺,因而废水成分比较复杂。如何处理该类废水是当代环境保护的一个难题。制药工业废水主要可分为生物制药废水和化学制药废水两大类。主要通过对某生物制药企业工业废水处理工艺改进进行简要分析,共同来寻找能改善处理同类废水效果的更好途径。

With the development of the biopharmaceutical industry,pharmaceutical wastewater has become one of the important concerns for the prevention and control of water environment pollution.At present,there are many kinds of drugs on the market.In the production process,there are many kinds of raw materials in proportion,and some even require special technology,so the composition of production wastewater is relatively complicated.How to deal with this kind of wastewater is a difficult problem in contemporary environmental protection.The pharmaceutical industry wastewater can be mainly divided into two categories:biological pharmaceutical wastewater and chemical pharmaceutical wastewater.This paper mainly analyzes the improvement of industrial wastewater treatment process in a biopharmaceutical enterprise,and jointly finds a better way to improve the effect of treating similar wastewater.
