热脱附-气相色谱-质谱法测定固定污染源废气中的8种挥发性有机物

摘要 采用热脱附–气相色谱–质谱法测定固定污染源废气中的8种挥发性有机物,方法在5~100ng范围内线性良好,相关系数大于0.998。当采样体积为300mL时,方法检出限为1.90~5.97μg/m^(3),测定下限为7.60~22.3μg/m^(3)。通过优化气体吸附条件提高方法测定的准确性。当吸附温度为25℃时,目标化合物的气态采样(6次测定)的回收率在84.1%~131%,RSD在2.66%~7.44%。使用该方法分析固定污染源废气实际样品,所有化合物均有检出,浓度在0.014~0.169mg/m^(3)之间。 Eight Volatile Organic Compounds in waste gas from fixed pollution sources were determined by thermal desorption gas chromatography-mass spectrometry.The method has good linearity in the range of 5ng~100ng,and the correlation coefficient is greater than 0.998.When the sampling volume is 300ml,the detection limit of the method is 1.90μg/m^(3)-5.97μG/m^(3),the lower limit of determination is 7.60μg/m^(3)~22.3μg/m^(3).The accuracy of the method was improved by optimizing the gas adsorption conditions.When the adsorption temperature was 25℃,the recovery of gaseous sampling(6 determinations)of the target compound was 84.1%~131%,and the RSD was 2.66%~7.44%.Using this method to analyze the actual samples of waste gas from fixed pollution sources,all compounds are detected,and the concentration is between 0.014mg/m^(3) and 0.169mg/m^(3).
