后疫情时期高校体育大课程管理改革策略

Strategies for Management Reform of PE Big Curriculum in Colleges and Universities in the Post-Epidemic Period

运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等对高校体育大课程管理进行研究,认为当前高校体育大课程雏形正在形成,但在专兼职教师执教与保障课程质量之间、有限课堂时间与保证课程目标之间、低年级课程设置与促进体质健康之间等仍存在一定的管理问题;在分析高校实施体育大课程管理基础上,提出后疫情时期高校体育大课程管理应明确管理制度、完善指标权重、落实运行机制的改革策略。

This paper studies the management of PE big curriculum in colleges and universities using literature method,logical analysis method,etc.and considers that the embryonic form of PE big curriculum in colleges and universities is taking shape,but there are still many management problems existing between the teaching of full-time and part-time teachers and the guarantee of curriculum quality,between the limited classroom time and the guarantee of curriculum objectives,and between the setting of low-grade curriculums and the promotion of physical health.This paper makes a brief analysis of the management basis of PE big curriculum in colleges and universities,and put forwards strategies for the management reform of PE big curriculum in colleges and universities in the post-epidemic period,such as making management systems clear,perfecting index weights,developing operation mechanisms and so on.
