基于在线教学环境的国际中文教师实践性知识发展实证研究

An Empirical Study on the Development of International Chinese Teachers’ Practical Knowledge in the Online Education Environment

受新冠肺炎疫情影响,在线教学已成为新常态,国际中文教师的实践性知识亦随之更新与丰富。本文以八位从事在线教学的国际中文教师为研究对象,运用深度访谈法,从教师自我、学生、课程、教学策略、教学媒介、教学环境六个角度,揭示在线教学环境下中文教师实践性知识的内容构成,探讨实践性知识的生成机制,即知识的生成是一个包括观察与体会、外化与接收、实践与反思、生成与强化四个阶段的实践行动。在动态、开放的发展过程中,实践性知识得到感知与初构、循环与扩散。

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic,online teaching has become the latest status of teaching,and the practical knowledge of international Chinese teachers has also been updated and enriched.This article takes eight international Chinese teachers engaged in online teaching as examples,and uses in-depth interviews to reveal the practical knowledge of international Chinese teachers in the online education environment from the six perspectives of teachers,students,courses,teaching strategies,teaching media,and teaching environment,and explore the generation mechanism of practical knowledge,that is,the generation of knowledge is a practical action that includes observation and experience,externalization and reception,practice and reflection,generation and strengthening.Practical knowledge is perceived initially formed circulated and diffused in a dynamic and open development process.
