PET/CT联合增强CT扫描和肿瘤标志物对诊断肺癌及淋巴结转移的应用价值

The Application Value of PET/CT Combined with Enhanced CT Scanning and Tumor Markers in the Diagnosis of Lung Cancer and Lymph Node Metastasis

摘要 目的:探讨研究正电子发射计算机体层显像仪(Positron Emission Tomography and Computed Tomography,PET/CT)联合增强计算机体层成像(Computed Tomography,CT)扫描和肿瘤标志物对诊断肺癌及淋巴结转移的应用价值。方法:将于本院检查的疑似肺癌患者中随机抽出60例作观察对象,分别予以其进行PET/CT联合增强CT扫描、肿瘤标志物检测,并以手术病理结果为金标准,分析不同检测方法在病灶诊断中的应用价值。结果:研究所选60例患者,均经手术病理确诊50例为恶性病灶,其中,PET/CT联合增强CT扫描阳性检出率为96.00%,高于肿瘤标志物检测的66.00%(P<0.05);PET/CT联合增强CT检测灵敏度及准确度分别为92.00%、90.00%,均高于肿瘤标志物检测的60.00%、61.67%(P<0.05),而特异度数据比较无统计学差异(P>0.05);PET/CT联合增强CT的淋巴结分期一致率为90.00%,高于肿瘤标志物检测的72.00%(P<0.05)。结论:PET/CT联合增强CT扫描用于肺癌及淋巴结转移诊断中,较肿瘤标志物检查应用价值更为显著,能有效提高患者诊断结果精准性和检测敏感度,为后续制定治疗方案提供科学依据。 Objective:To investigate the value of PET/CT co-enhanced CT scanning and tumor markers in the diagnosis of lung cancer and lymph node metastasis.Methods:The 60 suspected lung cancer patients examined in our hospital were randomly selected as observation objects,conducted PET/CT combined enhanced CT scanning and tumor marker detection respectively,and analyzed the application value of different detection methods in lesion diagnosis with the surgical pathological results as the gold standard.Results:The institute selected 60 patients,all through surgical pathology confirmed 50 cases as malignant lesions,among them,PET/CT enhanced CT scan was 96.00%,higher than 66.00%of tumor markers detection(P<0.05);PET/CT joint enhanced sensitivity and CT accuracy are 92.00%and 90.00%respectively,all were higher than 60.00%and 61.67%of tumor markers detection(P<0.05),there are no statistical differences(P>0.05);The lymph node staging consensus rate of PET/CT jointly enhanced CT was 90.00%,higher than 72.00%of tumor markers detection(P<0.05).Conclusion:PET/CT combined enhanced CT scanning for the diagnosis of lung cancer and lymph node metastasis is more significant value than the application of tumor markers,which can effectively improve the accuracy and detection sensitivity of patient diagnosis results and provide scientific basis for the subsequent formulation of treatment programs.
