高频超声在浅表淋巴结病变诊断中的价值

The Value of High Frequency Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Superficial Lymph Node Lesions

目的:分析高频超声在浅表淋巴结病变诊断中的应用价值。方法:于2019年1月~2021年1月本院收治的浅表淋巴结病变患者中择取资料完整的68例作为研究对象,其均经过手术病理检查确诊。所有患者均实施高频超声检查,来对其良恶性进行鉴别,并将超声检查和病理检查的结果进行对比,以分析高频超声诊断价值。结果:在病理检查中,确定有良性淋巴结病变有43例、恶性淋巴结病变有25例,在高频超声检查中,良性淋巴结病变有40例、恶性淋巴结病变有24例,诊断准确率为94.12%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。且在高频超声检查中,浅表淋巴结良恶性病变的长径、短径、收缩期血流速度、阻力指数等指标比较,差异显著(P<0.05),舒张期血流速度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在浅表淋巴结病变诊断中,运用高频超声检查,能够保证良恶性鉴别的准确性,还可以对结巴内部回声、血流等资料进行搜集,为后续治疗提供可靠依据。

Objective:To analyze the value of high frequency ultrasound in the diagnosis of superficial lymph node lesions.Methods:among the patients with superficial lymph node lesions treated in our hospital from January 2019 to January 2021,68 cases with complete data were selected as the research objects,which were confirmed by surgical and pathological examination.All patients underwent high-frequency ultrasound to distinguish between benign and malignant,and the results of ultrasound and pathological examination were compared to analyze the diagnostic value of high-frequency ultrasound.Results:In the pathological examination,43 cases of benign lymph node lesions and 25 cases of malignant lymph node lesions were determined.In the high-frequency ultrasound examination,40 cases of benign lymph node lesions and 24 cases of malignant lymph node lesions,the diagnostic accuracy was 94.12%,and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05).In high-frequency ultrasonography,there was significant difference in long diameter,short diameter,systolic blood flow velocity and resistance index between benign and malignant lesions of superficial lymph nodes(P<0.05),but there was no significant difference in diastolic blood flow velocity(P>0.05).Conclusion:In the diagnosis of superficial lymph node lesions,the use of high-frequency ultrasound can ensure the accuracy of differential diagnosis between benign and malignant.It can also collect the data of internal echo and blood flow of stubs,so as to provide a reliable basis for follow-up treatment.
