摘要
目的:探究手术显微镜支撑喉镜下和纤维喉镜下切除声带息肉术后疗效。方法:纳入2019年1月~12月进入本院行声带息肉切除术的患者86例,均符合调研要求,随后根据随机数字表法分组不同分为观察组(n=43)和对照组(n=43)。观察组手术在显微镜支撑喉镜下进行,对照组在纤维喉镜下进行,对比手术效果。结果:手术治疗总有效率观察组(97.67%)比对照组(86.05%)高,组间对比差异显著(P<0.05)。手术时间、噪音恢复时间观察组比对照组短,差异显著(P<0.05)。观察组术后6个月复发率为2.33%、术后1年复发率为4.65%,分别低于对照组的13.95%和20.93%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:与纤维喉镜下切除声带息肉术相比较,显微镜支撑喉镜下手术能达到更好的效果,能够缩短患者的手术治疗时间和康复时间,有助于降低复发率。
Objective: To explore the efficacy of removing vocal cord polyps under the surgical microscope supporting the larynx and under the fibrous larynx. Methods: There were 86 patients enrolled in this study, all of whom were admitted to our hospital for vocal cord polypectomy from January to December 2019, and all met the requirements of the research. Then, the patients were divided into experimental group(n=43) and control group(n=43) according to the random number table method. The operation of the experimental group was performed under the microscope support laryngoscope, and the control group was performed under the fiberoptic laryngoscope to compare the surgical effect. Results: The total effective rate of surgical treatment in the experimental group(97.67%) was higher than that in the control group(86.05%), and the difference between the groups was significant(P<0.05). The operation time and noise recovery time of the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group, and the difference was significant(P<0.05). The recurrence rate of the experimental group at 6 months after operation was 2.33%, and the recurrence rate at 1 year after operation was 4.65%, which were lower than 13.95% and 20.93% of the control group, respectively, with significant differences(P<0.05). Conclusion: Compared with the removal of vocal cord polyps under fibrous larynx, microscopesupporting under-throat surgery can achieve better results, shorten the patient’s surgical treatment time and recovery time, and at the same time, help to reduce the recurrence rate.
