F12李逊微创肾镜联合EMS气压弹道系统治疗代膀胱多发巨大结石病例分析

Analysis of F12 Leeson Minimally Invasive Nephroscope Joint EMS Pneumatic Ballistic System in the Treatment of Multiple Giant Calculi in the Bladder Substitution

目的:分析F12李逊微创肾镜联合EMS气压弹道系统治疗代膀胱结石临床应用效果。方法:应用自制F30号经皮通道,F12李逊微创肾镜联合EMS气压弹道系统治疗1例代膀胱多发巨大结石,并结合文献报道资料进行分析总结。结果:手术成功清除了代膀胱内多发巨大结石,术后3d拔出经皮通道引流管,伤口生长良好,无漏尿。结论:对于代膀胱内多发巨大结石患者,经皮大通道李逊微创肾镜联合EMS气压弹道系统是一个有效的治疗手段,避免了开放手术所带来的副损伤,术后患者预后良好。

Objective:To analyze the clinical effect of F12 Leeson minimally invasive nephroscope joint EMS pneumatic ballistic system in the treatment of bladder substitution calculi.Methods:Using homemade F30 percutaneous channel,one case of multiple giant calculi in the bladder substitution was treated by F12 Leesson minimally invasive nephroscope joint EMS pneumatic ballistic system,and the literature was analyzed and summarized.Results:Multiple giant calculi in the bladder substitution were removed successfully.The percutaneous channel drainage tube was removed three days after operation,and the wound grew well without urine leakage.Conclusion:For patients with multiple giant calculi in the bladder substitution,using large percutaneous channel,Leesson minimally invasive nephroscope joint EMS pneumatic ballistic system is an effective treatment method,which avoids the side injury caused by open surgery and has a good postoperative prognosis.
