口腔修复患者X射线下采取二氧化锆修复体的临床价值分析

Clinical Value of Zirconia Prosthesis in Patients with Prosthodontics

目的:分析予以口腔修复患者二氧化锆修复体的效果。方法:采用整群抽样法抽选2019年1月~2019年12月本院收治的口腔修复患者共98例进行研究,依据随机数表法将其中49例划分到对照组(选择镍铬金修复体开展口腔修复),余下49例纳入观察组(选择二氧化锆修复体开展修复),比较两组的临床疗效、修复前后咀嚼效率、咬合力、牙龈指数、菌斑指数、出血指数以及治疗满意度。结果:观察组的边缘缝合性好比例较对照组更高,修复体崩瓷以及折断比例较对照组更低(P<0.05)。观察组的治疗满意度较对照组更高(P<0.05)。修复后,观察组咬合力及咀嚼效率高于对照组,牙龈指数、菌斑指数及出血指数低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:予以口腔修复患者二氧化锆修复体能提升其修复效果和满意度,明显改善其咀嚼能力和牙龈功能指标。

Objective:To analyze the effect of zirconium dioxide prosthesis on patients with prosthodontics.Methods:A total of 98 patients with prosthodontics admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected by cluster sampling.49 patients were divided into control group(Ni Cr Au prosthodontics were selected for prosthodontics)and the remaining 49 patients were included in the observation group(zirconium dioxide prosthodontics were selected for prosthodontics).The clinical efficacy,masticatory efficiency,bite force,gingival index,plaque index,bleeding index and treatment satisfaction before and after repair were compared between the two groups.Results:The rate of good marginal suture in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the rate of porcelain and broken prosthesis in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The treatment satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After repair,the occlusal force and chewing efficiency of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the gingival index,plaque index and bleeding index were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The zirconia restorations in prosthodontics patients can improve the restoration effect and satisfaction,and significantly improve their chewing ability and gingival function indicators.
