Influence of Quality Control Circle on Application Ability and Management Level of ECG Monitor in Nurses

目的:分析品管圈对护士心电监护仪应用能力、管理水平的影响。方法:选取本院40例2018年1月~2020年4月纳入的护士开展研究,分析活动前后护士心电监护仪应用能力、管理水平情况。结果:品管圈活动后,护士的理论、实践评分以及设备安装调试时间分别为(92.35±15.71)分、(95.04±18.25)分,(53.61±9.75)min均优于活动前(78.40±11.26)分、(81.62±12.90)分,(79.81±10.04)min,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:品管圈活动能够提高护士应用能力评分,能够有效降低设备安装调试所需时间,能够进一步提高工作质量和工作效率,强化护士的自身责任意识。

Objective:To analyze the influence of quality control circle on the application ability and management level of ECG monitor in nurses.Methods:A total of 40 nurses enrolled in our hospital from January 2018 to April 2020 were selected to carry out the study,and the application ability and management level of ECG monitor were analyzed before and after the activity.Results:After the quality control circle activity,the nurses'theoretical and practical scores and equipment installation and debugging time were(92.35±15.71)points,(95.04±18.25)points,and(53.61±9.75)min better than those before the activity(78.40±11.26)points,(81.62±12.90)points,(79.81±10.04)minutes,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:QAC activities can improve nurses’application ability score,effectively reduce the time required for equipment installation and debugging,further improve work quality and efficiency,and strengthen nurses’sense of responsibility.
