构建“互联网+”医院-社区-家庭儿童雾化互助服务的模式

目的:针对儿科医疗资源短缺的现状,以城市医联体建设为契机,构建“互联网+”医院—社区—家庭儿童雾化治疗互助服务新模式并评价其效果。方法:在多部门支持和合作下,开展互助服务模式,针对性地制定相关措施,改善患儿就医现状。结果:新模式实施前后患儿雾化全程完成情况和患儿家长满意度有所提升,患儿雾化平均费用和时间成本有所下降。结论:“互联网+”医院—社区—家庭儿童雾化治疗互助服务模式的构建为儿童雾化治疗提供了高质量和便利的诊疗护理服务,增加了社区就诊量,促进了儿科分级诊疗,具有推广价值。

Objective:Aiming at the shortage of pediatric medical resources,taking the construction of urban medical union as an opportunity,the"Internet plus"hospital-community-family atomization mutual aid service model for Children was constructed and its effect was evaluated.Methods:Under the support and cooperation of multiple departments,mutual aid service model and relevant measures were conducted to improve the status quo.Results:After the implementation of the new model,the completion of atomization and the satisfaction of the parents improved,and the average cost and time for atomization decreased.Conclusion:The"Internet+"hospitalcommunity-family atomization mutual assistance service model for children provides high-quality and convenient diagnosis and nursing services,increases the community hospital visits,practices graded diagnosis and treatment for pediatric patients and has clinical value.
