合肥市某区居民血尿酸与甲状腺指标相关性及影响因素分析

Analysis of the correlation between SUA and thyroid index and the influencing factors in a district of Hefei city

目的:了解合肥市某区常住居民血清尿酸(SUA)水平,分析SUA与甲状腺指标的相关性,探讨高尿酸血症的危险因素。方法:选取合肥市某区城乡常住居民2487例(年龄≥18岁),收集研究对象的基本信息、相关病史,进行血压、身高、体质量等体格检查,实验室检测研究对象的SUA、血脂水平、血糖水平及甲状腺相关指标等数据,同时进行甲状腺B超的检查。结果:研究共纳入城乡居民2487例。总群体SUA水平平均(316.85±90.33)μmol/L,高尿酸血症(HUA)的患病率为14.3%,其中男性HUA患病率(21.3%)显著高于女性(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示甲状腺过氧化物酶抗体(TPOAb)与SUA水平呈负相关(P<0.05),应用多因素Logistic回归分析显示,性别、体质指数(BMI)、甘油三酯(TG)为高尿酸血症的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:合肥某区人群HUA总患病率为14.3%,处于较高水平,男性、肥胖、高甘油三酯血症是HUA患病率的独立危险因素,SUA水平与TPOAb呈负相关性。

Objective:To understand the serum uric acid (SUA) level of permanent residents in a district of Hefei,analyze the correlation between SUA and thyroid indexes,and explore the risk factors of hyperuricemia.Methods:2487 urban and rural permanent residents (age≥18 years old) in Baohe District,Hefei were selected to collect the basic information and relevant medical history of the subjects,conduct physical examination such as blood pressure,height and weight.The laboratory detected the data of SUA,blood lipid level,blood sugar level and thyroid-related indicators of the research subjects,and at the same time,the thyroid B-ultrasound was checked.Results:A total of 2487 urban and rural residents were included in the study.The average SUA level of the total population was (316.85±90.33) μmol/L,and the prevalence of hyperuricemia (HUA) was 14.3%,of which the prevalence of Hua in men (21.3%) was significantly higher than that in women (P<0.05).Correlation analysis showed that thyroid peroxidase antibody (TPOAb) was negatively correlated with SUA level (P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that gender,body mass index (BMI) and triglyceride (TG) were the influencing factors of hyperuricemia (P<0.05).Conclusion:The total prevalence of HUA in Baohe District of Hefei was at a high level of 14.3%.The prevalence of HUA was significantly correlated with men,obesity and hypertriglyceridemia,and the level of SUA was negatively correlated with TPOAb.
