PK/PD理论在左氧氟沙星治疗社区获得性肺炎中的应用研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探究基于PK/PD理论优化左氧氟沙星单药给药方案治疗社区获得性肺炎(CAP)的有效性及安全性。方法:选择某医学科学院附属医院收治的90例CAP患者作为研究对象,由医护人员根据双盲法将患者分为实验组(n=45,0.4 g qd左氧氟沙星)与对照组(n=45,0.2 g bid左氧氟沙星),记录、统计两组患者在治疗期间的并发症发生情况,采用肺功能检测仪检测各项肺功能指标。结果:实验组患者临床总有效率、FEV_(1)、FVC指标均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);实验组患者药物毒副反应总发生率、血清指标均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于PK/PD理论下,予以CAP患者单次给药0.4 g qd左氧氟沙星疗效显著,且安全性较高,值得推广和应用。 Objective:To explore the efficacy and safety of optimized levofloxacin single drug administration regimen in the treatment of Community Acquired Pneumonia(CAP)based on PK/PD theory.Methods:A total of 90 CAP patients admitted to the affiliated hospital of shandong academy of medical sciences were selected as the study subjects.According to the double-blind method,the patients were divided into experimental group(n=45,0.4 g qd levofloxacin)and control group(n=45,0.2 g bid levofloxacin).The incidence of complications in the two groups during treatment was recorded and counted,and pulmonary function indicators were detected by pulmonary function detector.Results:The total effective rate,FEV_(1) and FVC indexes in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total incidence of drug toxicity and serum indexes in experimental group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).Conclusions:Based on PK/PD theory,a single dose of 0.4 g qd levofloxacin in CAP patients has significant efficacy and high safety,which is worthy of promotion and application.
