老年慢阻肺患者肺功能康复训练的护理价值分析

Analysis on the value of pulmonary function rehabilitation training in elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease

目的:探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺部疾病(COPD,简称慢阻肺)患者护理中引入肺功能康复训练的价值。方法:入选此次研究70例患者均为某医院接收治疗的老年慢阻肺,结合此间老年慢阻肺患者应用护理方法的差异,将其分别纳入对照组和观察组,各35例,依次实施常规护理以及肺功能康复训练,比较在不同干预措施应用下的护理满意度、肺功能情况、生活质量。结果:观察组患者的护理满意度、肺功能情况、生活质量等指标均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在老年慢阻肺护理期间,通过对其进行肺功能康复训练,改善患者肺功能的同时提高了生活质量,患者对护理服务的满意度较高。

Objective:To analyze the value of pulmonary function rehabilitation training in nursing elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:70 patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease treated in the Hospital were selected for this study.According to different nursing methods,they were divided into control group and observation group with 35 cases in each,receiving routine nursing and pulmonary function rehabilitation training,respectively.The nursing satisfaction,pulmonary function and life quality were then compared under the application of different intervention measures.Results:the nursing satisfaction,pulmonary function and quality of life in the observation group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:in the nursing of elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,pulmonary function rehabilitation training can improve pulmonary function,the quality of life and patients'satisfaction.
