中医学教师PCK对课堂教学效果影响的观察研究

摘要 目的:探讨研究中医学教师PCK(学科教学知识)对课堂教学效果的影响。方法:选取运城护理职业学院2019级两个护理班学生共120人,随机分为对照组和实验组,以“五行学说”课堂教学为载体,观察中医学教师PCK核心5要素和PCK的发展变化及其对课堂教学效果的影响。结果:实验组学生的课后测试成绩、对教师课堂教学的满意率、中医学教师PCK核心5要素及其PCK的量化结果均明显高于对照组,其差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:中医学教师PCK对课堂教学作用显著,发展中医学教师PCK能有效提升课堂教学效果。 Objective:To explore the effect of PCK for teachers of Chinese medicine in classroom teaching.Methods:A total of 120 students from two nursing classes in college were selected and randomly divided into a control group(traditional teaching class)and an experimental group(teacher PCK development teaching and research class),relying on the case study-style classroom teaching,and discussing the PCK in the classroom The effect of teaching.Results:The scores of students in the experimental group of Chinese medicine,the satisfaction rate of teachers'classroom teaching,and the quantitative results of PCK of teachers of Chinese medicine teachers were significantly higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.01).Conclusion:PCK for teachers of Chinese medicine has a significant effect in teaching,and the development of PCK for teachers of Chinese medicine can effectively improve the effect of classroom teaching.
