摘要
目的:探讨基于患者需求的健康教育在炎症性肠病患者中的应用效果。方法:便利抽样选取35例炎症性肠病确诊患者,在患者出院时进行广泛性焦虑障碍量表(GAD-7)、病人健康问卷抑郁量表(PHQ-9)、躯体化症状量表(SSS)及炎症性肠病健康教育需求调查表调查。根据健康教育需求量表内容进行针对性的健康教育与随访。患者出院1个月后再次进行GAD-7、PHQ-9以及SSS的调查,比较两次结果之间的差异性。结果:患者干预后的GAD-7、PHQ-9及SSS得分均低于干预前。患者乐意接受医护宣教,对饮食知识的需求程度高,参加座谈活动的目的为了解疾病知识、咨询病情,倾向于1年开展2次座谈会。结论:基于患者需求的健康教育能显著提高患者心理健康水平,值得临床推广。
Objective:To explore the effect of health education based on patients'needs in patients with inflammatory bowel disease.Methods:35 patients with IBD were selected by convenience sampling,and were investigated by generalized Anxiety Disorder Scale(GAD-7),Patient health Questionnaire depression Scale(PHQ-9),Somatization Symptom Scale(SSS)and IBD health education demand questionnaire.Health education and follow-up were carried out according to the content of health education demand scale.Gad-7,PHQ-9 and SSS were investigated again one month after discharge,and the differences between the two results were compared.Results:Gad-7,PHQ-9 and SSS scores were lower after intervention than before.Patients are willing to accept medical education and have a high demand for dietary knowledge.The purpose of participating in the discussion activities is to understand the disease knowledge and consult the condition,and they tend to carry out two symposia a year.Conclusion:Health education based on patients'needs can significantly improve patients'mental health level and is worthy of clinical promotion.
