去定植MRSA降低手术部位感染风险的临床研究进展 被引量:2

摘要 手术部位感染是临床常见的感染之一。目前,金黄色葡萄球菌仍然是引起手术部位感染最常见的病原体。耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)的定植会增加手术部位感染的风险。术前筛查并对MRSA阳性的患者进行去定植治疗,可能会降低手术部位的感染率。文章对去定植MRSA降低手术部位感染风险的临床研究进展进行综述。 Surgical site infection is one of the most common healthcare-associated infections.Staphylococcus aureus remains the most common etiologic agent causing surgical site infection.The colonization of methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus(MRSA)increases the risk of surgical site infection.Screening and decolonization of MRSA can reduce the rates of surgical site infection.The purpose of this review is to summarize the strategies to reduce surgical site infection due to MRSA focusing on decolonization.
