种子企业技术创新投入产出分析:政府支持下异质组织创新绩效的考察

An Input-Output Analysis of Seed Enterprise’s Technology Innovation:Investigation of the Innovation Performance of Heterogeneous Organizations with Government Support

基于扩展的柯布-道格拉斯生产函数,运用210家玉米种子企业的调查数据进行技术创新投入产出分析,重点考察政府支持下异质组织创新投入对创新绩效的影响。具体分析种子企业不同维度的创新投入对创新数量和创新质量的直接影响和交互影响,同时考察政府支持的调节效应,进一步分析上述效应在不同类型企业间的差异。研究发现:物质资本资源投入和人力资本资源投入对创新数量的直接效应和交互效应均显著为正;人力资本资源投入负向影响创新质量;组织资本资源投入不仅正向影响创新质量,产出弹性大,而且与物质资本资源投入对创新质量具有显著的正向交互影响。各类政府支持均正向调节物质资本资源投入、人力资本资源投入和创新数量的关系以及组织资本资源投入和创新质量的关系。对于不同类型的种子企业而言,组织资本资源投入在创新质量的提升中均起到了关键作用,产出弹性很大,但创新投入和政府支持的产出效应也存在较大差异。

Based on the extended Cobb-Douglas production function,this paper analyzes the input-output effects of technological innovation by using the survey data of 210 corn seed enterprises,focusing on the impact of innovation input of heterogeneous organizations with government support on innovation performance.It specifically analyzes the impact of innovation input on innovation performance,examines the moderating effects of government support and further analyzes the differences of the above effects among different types of enterprises.The results show that the direct and interactive effects of material capital resource input and human capital resource input on innovation quantity are both significantly positive;human capital resource input negatively affects innovation quality;not only does organizational capital resource input positively affect innovation quality,and have a large output elasticity,but it also has a significant positive interaction effect with material capital resource input;all kinds of government support positively moderate the relationship between the physical capital resource input,human capital resource input and the innovation quantity,as well as the relationship between organizational capital resource input and innovation quality.For different types of seed enterprises,organizational capital resources input has played an important role in the improvement of innovation quality,and the output elasticity is great.However,the output effects of innovation input and government support are quite different.
