摘要 交通设施是城市出行活动的载体,是交通承载力的基础支撑。交通承载力是实现交通与国土空间互动量化计算的核心。通过梳理并界定交通承载力内涵和影响要素,从区域交通设施网络出发,提取交通承载力计算关键指标,考虑交通网络结构和运行特征,创新构建面向出行活动的交通承载力量化计算模型,以交通承载指数衡量各类交通设施的出行活动承载能力,实现道路、公交、轨道等多种交通设施网络的承载力评估,并以武汉市为例进行算法验证和模型应用。 Traffic facilities are the carrier of urban travel activities and the basic support of traffic carrying capacity.The traffic carrying capacity is the core of realizing quantitative calculation between traffic and land space interaction.By combing and defining the connotation and influencing factors of traffic carrying capacity,starting from the regional traffic facility network,the key indicators of traffic carrying capacity calculation are extracted.Considering the traffic network structure and its operation characteristics,a traffic carrying capacity calculation model for travel activities is innoatively built.The carrying capacity of various traffic facilities for travel activities is measured from the traffic carrying index,thus realizing the carrying capacity evaluation of various traffic facility networks,such as road,bus,rail and so on.Taking Wuhan as an example,the algorithm is verified and the model is applied.
