摘要
邵永铁路北接邵阳地区,南至永州地区,是国家“八纵八横”高速铁路主通道之呼南通道的重要组成部分,其建设有助于区域铁路网的进一步完善,推动区域经济高质量发展。通过分析邵阳地区既有铁路、在建及规划铁路概况,结合邵阳市城市总体规划、线路走向、车站分布、车流特点及利用既有铁路设施设备情况,主要研究邵永铁路引入既有站和引入新建站两大系列方案。在分析不同方案的优缺点后,确定引入邵阳站主方案,在此基础上从工程条件、运输组织和工程投资3个方面进一步分析比较,确定近期引入娄邵场、远期接引高速场方案为推荐方案。
Shaoyang-Yongzhou railway connects Shaoyang district in the north and Yongzhou district in the south,which is an important part of the national"Eight Vertical and Eight Horizontal"high-speed railway.Its construction contributes to the further improvement of the regional railway network and promotes the high-quality development of regional economy.By analyzing the general situation of existing railway,railway under construction and planned railway in Shaoyang area,combined with the overall urban planning of Shaoyang,line direction,station distribution,traffic flow characteristics and utilization of existing railway facilities and equipment,this paper mainly studies two series of schemes of introducing existing stations and new stations of Shaoyang railway.After analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of different schemes,the main scheme of introducing Shaoyang station is determined,and then further analyzed and compared from three aspects of engineering conditions,transportation organization and engineering investment.It is determined that the scheme of introducing Loushao yard in the near future and connecting high-speed yard in the long term is the recommended scheme.
