城市地下道路与地下物流系统结合建设模式研究 被引量:2

摘要 城市地下道路和地下物流系统是地下空间开发利用的重要组成部分,其集约化共享廊道研究有利于缓解城市土地资源日渐紧张的局面,大幅降低地下市政设施的工程投资,提升建设效率。通过对地下道路和地下物流的系统特点、功能需求等进行分析,结合地下道路的类型及建设条件提出与地下物流的多种结合建设方案,对各方案的特点和适用情况进行综合分析。研究成果对于城市地下空间综合开发利用具有一定的参考价值,对城市早日实现低碳、可持续发展目标具有重要意义。 Urban underground roads and underground logistics system are important components of the development and utilization of underground space.The research on its intensive use and shared corridor is helpful to alleviate the increasing shortage of urban land resources.Which can also reduce the engineering investment of underground municipal facilities and improve the construction efficiency significantly.This paper analyzes the system characteristics and functional requirements of underground roads and underground logistics.According to the types and construction conditions of underground roads,this paper puts forward various construction schemes of combining underground roads and underground logistics,and analyses the characteristics and application of each scheme comprehensively.The research results have certain reference value for the comprehensive development and utilization of urban underground space,and are of great significance for the city to achieve the goal of low-carbon and sustainable development as soon as possible.
