骨肉瘤的中医诊疗研究进展

骨肉瘤是一种恶性程度极高的原发性恶性骨肿瘤,好发于青少年,预后差,且短期内死亡率很高。目前,西医对于骨肉瘤的治疗多采用手术、放疗、化疗相结合的综合治疗方式,但大量放化疗药物的应用也带来了严重的骨髓抑制、胃肠道反应免疫功能紊乱等副作用。近年来随着中医药的发展,中医药治疗骨肉瘤的优势也逐渐显现出来。本文就中医对骨肉瘤诊断及治疗进行系统综述,旨为骨肉瘤的临床诊疗提供新思路。

Osteosarcoma is a kind of primary malignant bone tumor with high degree of malignancy.It usually occurs in adolescents,with poor prognosis and high short-term mortality.At present,the treatment of osteosarcoma in western medicine mostly adopts the comprehensive treatment of surgery,radiotherapy and chemotherapy.However,the application of a large number of radiotherapy and chemotherapy drugs has also brought serious side effects,such as bone marrow suppression,gastrointestinal immune dysfunction and so on.In recent years,with the development of traditional Chinese medicine,the advantages of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of osteosarcoma have gradually emerged.This article systematically reviews the diagnosis and treatment of osteosarcoma in traditional Chinese medication,in order to provide new ideas for the clinical diagnosis and treatment of osteosarcoma.
