摘要 出于造纸企业合理控制造纸机压榨部运行能耗的普遍需求,本次研究提出了一套用于压榨部能耗控制的数学分析策略。详细介绍了压榨耗电功率、压榨脱水量以及压榨线压力等参数的计算方法,具体阐述了压榨毛毯性能、纸机车速、压区宽度以及榨纸幅干度等因素与压榨部能耗之间的关系,最后借助拟合函数来描述各项影响因素与出压榨纸幅之间的关系,并在此基础上提出造纸机干燥部能耗优化方案。 In order to reasonably control the energy consumption of the press,a set of mathematical analysis strategies for energy consumption control of the press were proposed.Firstly,the calculation methods of parameters such as press power consumption,press water removal and press line pressure are introduced in detail.Then,the relationship between press blanket performance,paper machine speed,press zone width and press web dryness and press department energy consumption is described in detail.Finally,the relationship between various influencing factors and press web is described with the help of fitting function.On this basis,the optimization scheme of energy consumption in the drying section of paper machine is put forward.
