中国特色社会主义现代化战略发展的历程与展望

Prospect and process of the development of socialist modernization strategy with Chinese characteristics

在全面建成小康社会的基础上,“分两步走”战略构想明确了建成中国特色社会主义现代化强国的步骤,形成了全党和全国人民的共识。在回顾和比较中国实现社会主义现代化理论研究和政策实践的基础上,提出面向2020年后中国特色社会主义现代化建设的理论分析框架。具体而言,这个分析框架包括3个组成部分:以中国国情为依据,以实现共同富裕为目标的宏观战略;以新发展理念为引领,以民生均衡发展为内容的中观政策;以巩固全面建成小康社会成果为基础,以促进制度向效能转化为内容的微观路径。展望党领导人民走出中国式现代化道路,拓展发展中国家走向现代化途径。

On the basis of building a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way,the“two-step”strategic cleared the steps to build a great modern socialist country in all respects,forming a consensus of the whole Party and the people of the whole country.Based on the review and comparison of the theoretical research and practice of China’s realization of socialist modernization,this article proposes a theoretical analysis framework for socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics after 2020.Specifically,the analysis framework includes three parts:1)A macro strategy based on China’s national conditions is to achieve common prosperity;2)A medium-view policy guided by the new concept of development and focusing on the balanced development of people’s livelihood;3)To consolidate the achievements of a well-off society in an all-round way,as the micro path goal to promote the transformation of institutional resource into efficiency.Furthermore,this paper provides a buleprint that the Party leads the Chinese people to realize the socialist modernization with Chinese characteristics and widens the realization path to modernization for developing countries.
