医疗机构伦理委员综合能力评价指标体系的构建

Construction of the evaluation index system for the comprehensive ability of medical ethics committee

目的:初步构建一套科学性、系统性、适用性的医疗机构伦理委员综合能力评价指标体系。方法:采用文献检索、法规解读、专家小组讨论、Delphi专家函询法进行指标筛选,确定伦理委员综合能力评价指标体系及各指标权重。结果:2轮函询问卷回收率均为100%,权威系数(Cr值)分别为0.898和0.905,协调系数(W)分别为0.917和0.921,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),最终形成4项一级指标、16项二级指标、39项三级指标的评价体系。结论:医疗机构伦理委员综合能力评价指标体系具有一定的科学性和可靠性。

Objective:To primarily establish a scientific,systematic and applicable evaluation index system for the comprehensive ability of medical ethics committee.Methods:Literature search,regulations interpretation,expert group discussion and Delphi expert letter inquiry were applied to select the index system and the weight of each index.Results:The recovery rates of two-round questionnaires were both 100%,with the authority coefficient(Cr)0.898 and 0.905,and the coordination coefficient(W)0.917 and 0.921,respectively,both with statistical significance(P<0.05).Finally,4 primary indicators,16 secondary indicators and 39 tertiary indicators were formed.Conclusion:The developed evaluation index system of comprehensive ability of medical ethics committee is scientific and reliable.
