金融支持中国与东盟产业合作对策研究

Research on the Countermeasures of Financial Support for Industrial Cooperation between China and ASEAN

当前中国与东盟产业关系已从快速发展的成长期迈入提质升效的成熟期,在中国加快构建双循环新发展格局背景下,深入分析中国与东盟产业合作与发展现状及金融支持产业合作情况具有重要意义。研究显示,当前金融支持产业合作存在融资模式单一、金融服务供给能力不足、跨境征信合作困难、人民币使用便利性不足、汇率风险突出等问题,本文建议构建适应中国与东盟产业分工合作的金融支持模式,发挥政府引导作用,以跨国产业园区为载体增强金融服务产业发展能力,进一步增强跨境征信合作,促进金融基础设施跨境联通。

At present, the industrial cooperation relationship between China and ASEAN countries has entered a mature period of improving quality and efficiency from the growth period of rapid development. It has great significance to study the industrial cooperation between China and ASEAN.Under the background of China accelerating the construction of a new "double cycle" development pattern, it is very important to analyze the current situation of industrial cooperation and development between China and ASEAN, as well as the situation of financial support industrial cooperation. Research shows that there are some problems in financial support industry cooperation, such as single financing mode, insufficient supply capacity of financial services, difficulties in cross-border credit investigation and cooperation, insufficient convenience of RMB use, prominent exchange rate risk and so on. It is suggested to build a financial support model suitable for industrial cooperation between China and ASEAN, give play to the guiding role of the government, take cross-border industrial parks as the carrier,enhance the development capacity of financial service industry, further to enhance cross-border credit investigation cooperation, and promote cross-border connectivity of financial infrastructure.
