Objective To observe the nursing effect of oxygen atomization inhalation in the treatment of infantile pneumonia. Methods Sixty cases of children with pneumonia treated by oxygen atomization inhalation in our hospital from April 2019 to April 2020 were selected as the research objects.According to the different nursing modes, the children were divided into control group(30 cases:children with routine nursing)and experimental group(30 cases:children received whole course systematic nursing),and the prognosis of the two groups was compared. Results The inflammatory indexes of hs CRP,TNF-αand IL-6 in experimental group were lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(76.67%)(P<0.05).The satisfaction of parents in the experimental group(93.33%)was higher than that in the control group(66.67%)(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical signs such as fever, lung rale and cough in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The above pulmonary function indexes of vital capacity, expiratory volume and expiratory flow rate in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Oxygen atomization inhalation can directly affect the curative effect of children with pneumonia, and the effect of systematic nursing is better than that of routine nursing.
