婴幼儿双侧鼻氧管固定方法的改良及应用

Improvement and Application of Bilateral Nasal Oxygen Tube Fixation in Infants

目的改良婴幼儿双侧鼻氧管固定方法,并探讨在婴幼儿双侧鼻氧管吸氧中应用效果。方法选取2020年1月至2020年5月某三甲医院儿童重症医学科双侧鼻氧管吸氧的100例患儿,按随机数字表法分为对照组和试验组各50例。试验组采用改良固定法固定双侧鼻导管,对照组使用常规固定法固定双侧鼻导管。比较两组患儿吸氧有效性、管道脱落、医用黏胶性皮肤损伤的发生率、问卷调查27名护理人员对改良固定方法的评价满意度。结果试验组吸氧有效率94.00%,与对照组的92.00%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。试验组患儿管道脱落、医用黏胶性皮肤损伤的发生率少于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组家属对鼻氧管固定方法满意度98.00%,高于对照组的82.00%(P<0.05)。除此之外,问卷调查27名护理人员对改良固定方法的评价,27名(100%)护士认为改良固定方法的操作简单方便;26名(96.30%)护士认为改良固定效果较好,25名(92.59%)护士认为患儿舒适度好。结论改良固定方法能减少患儿管道脱落、医用黏胶性皮肤损伤的发生率,保证了患儿的医疗安全,提高了患儿吸氧的依从性,提高了护士的满意度。

Objective To improve the method of bilateral nasal oxygen tube fixation in infants,And to explore the application effect in infant bilateral nasal oxygen tube oxygen inhalation.Methods From January 2020 to May 2020,100 infants with bilateral nasal oxygen inhalation in pediatric intensive care department of grade 3A hospital were selected.According to the random number table method,50 cases were divided into control group and test group.The experimental group fixed bilateral nasal catheter with modified fixation method,the control group used routine fixation to fix bilateral nasal catheters.To compare the incidence of duct shedding,medical viscose skin injury and the satisfaction of 27 nurses in the evaluation of modified fixation method.Results The effective rate of oxygen inhalation in the experimental group was 94.00%,and there was no significant difference compared with 92.00%in the control group(P>0.05).The incidence of duct shedding and medical viscose skin injury in the experimental group was less than that in the control group(P<0.05).The family members of the experimental group were 98.00%satisfied with the nasal oxygen tube fixation method,which was higher than that of the control group(82.00%)(P<0.05).In addition,a questionnaire survey was conducted on the evaluation of the improved fixation method among 27 nurses,and 27(100%)nurses believed that the operation of the improved fixation method was simple and convenient;26(96.30%)nurses believed that the improved fixation effect was better,and 25(92.59%)nurses believed that the comfort of the children was good.Conclusion The modified fixation method can reduce the incidence of duct shedding and medical viscose skin injury.To ensure the medical safety of children,Improved compliance with oxygen inhalation,The satisfaction of nurses was improved.
