摘要
目的探讨临床医学检验当中关于血液细胞检验质量的控制方法。方法选择2020年3月至2020年12月来我院进行血液细胞检查的80例患者作为研究对象,确保所有患者的血型相同,将所有患者按照随机方法分为甲、乙、丙、丁4组,甲、乙两组以不同抗凝比例进行处理,丙、丁两组则选择分别放置30 min和180 min,之后对不同处理条件之下的血液细胞当中的白细胞、红细胞、血小板计数值变化等情况进行统计分析。结果甲组和乙组患者经不同抗凝剂比例对血液细胞质量进行控制,发现甲组白细胞、红细胞、血小板计数值均低于乙组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;丙组和丁组患者使用不同放置时间对血液细胞质量进行控制,发现丙组白细胞、红细胞、血小板计数值均低于丁组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论临床在进行血液细胞检验时,通过应用不同抗凝比例的样本和不同储存时间放置会导致血液样本细胞数据存在较大的差异性变化,因此在临床进行血液细胞检测时应重视对血液抗凝比例和储存时间的选择,以求尽可能降低对血液样本的影响。
Objective To study the quality control method of blood cell test in clinical medicine.Methods Eighty patients who came to our hospital for blood cell examination from March 2020 to December 2020 were selected as the research objects to ensure that all patients had the same blood type.All patients were randomly divided into four groups:group A,group B,group C,and group D,groups A and B were treated with different anticoagulation ratios,while groups C and D were left to stand for 30 min and 180 min,respectively,and then the changes of white blood cells,red blood cells,and platelet counts in blood cells under different treatment conditions were analyzed conduct statistical analysis.Results The quality of blood cells was controlled by different ratios of anticoagulants in group A and group B,and it was found that the counts of white blood cells,red blood cells and platelets in group A were lower than those in group B,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05;the patients were used to control the quality of blood cells with different placement time.It was found that the white blood cell,red blood cell and platelet counts in group C were lower than those in group D,and the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of samples with different anticoagulant ratio and different storage time will lead to great difference in blood sample cell data.Therefore,it is also required to pay attention to the selection of blood anticoagulant ratio and storage time in clinical blood cell testing,so as to reduce the impact on blood samples as much as possible.
