活血化瘀法治疗肝硬化的临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation of Treating Liver Cirrhosis by Activating Blood Circulation and Removing Blood Stasis

目的探讨活血化瘀法治疗肝硬化的临床疗效。方法选取2014年9月至2016年1月在海城市中医院综合科就诊的51例肝硬化患者随机分为试验组与对照组,对照组25例,采取常规治疗,试验组26例在对照组的基础上采取中医活血化瘀治疗,比较两组患者临床有效率、中医证候评分、不良事件严重程度评分。结果试验组临床总有效率为92.31%,对照组临床总有效率为76.00%,试验组临床总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。试验组患者中医证候评分、不良事件严重程度评分优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论采取活血化瘀法治疗肝硬化,其临床效果显著,值得在临床推广。

Objective To explore the clinical effect of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the treatment of liver cirrhosis.Methods Fifty-one patients with liver cirrhosis treated in the department of comprehensive,Haicheng Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from September 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into experimental group and control group.25 cases in the control group were treated with routine treatment,and 26 cases in the experimental group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine to promote blood circulation and remove blood stasis on the basis of the control group.The clinical effective rates of the two groups were compared.TCM syndrome and the severity of adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The total clinical effective rate was 92.31%in the experimental group and 76.00%in the control group.The experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).TCM syndromes and the severity of adverse events in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis is effective in the treatment of liver cirrhosis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
