人性化护理在精神分裂症患者康复期的应用效果评价

Evaluation of the Application Effect of Humanized Nursing in the Rehabilitation Period of Schizophrenia Patients

目的针对精神分裂症患者康复期实施人性化护理的应用效果展开分析与研究。方法研究对象为2020年1月至2021年12月来院接受治疗的180例精神分裂症康复期患者,使用随机数字表法将其均等划分为两组,每组均有90例患者。针对对照组实施常规护理,针对观察组患者实施人性化护理,将两组护理效果展开比较与研究。结果与对照组护理不同阶段心理健康状态评分及社会功能评分统计结果相比,观察组均明显更低,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;与对照组护理不同阶段精神状态评分变化及精神病性症状评分统计结果相比,观察组同样均显著更低,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;与对照组护理总满意度统计结果相比,观察组显著更高,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;与对照组总遵医依从率统计结果相比,观察组明显更高,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05;与对照组各项护理质量评分相比,观察组护理内容、护理方法、护理态度、护理技术评分结果均显著更高,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论将人性化护理应用在精神分裂症患者康复期的护理工作中,可以显著改善心理健康状态,调节社会功能,降低不良精神状态及精神病性症状,对提升护理质量及满意度,增强患者遵医行为具有诸多积极作用。

Objective To analyze and study the application effect of humanized nursing in the rehabilitation period of patients with schizophrenia.Methods The subjects were 180 convalescent patients with schizophrenia who came to the hospital for treatment from January 2020 to December 2021,They were equally divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 90 patients in each group.Routine nursing was implemented for the control group,humanized nursing was implemented for the patients in the observation group,and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared and studied.Results Compared with the statistical results of mental health state score and social function score in different stages of nursing in the control group,the observation group was significantly lower,and the difference was significant,P<0.05.Compared with the statistical results of mental state score changes and psychotic symptom scores,the observation group was also significantly lower,and the statistical difference was significant,P<0.05.Compared with the statistical results of total nursing satisfaction of the control group,the observation group was significantly higher,and the difference was statistically significant.P<0.05.Compared with the statistical results of the total compliance rate of the control group,the observation group was significantly higher,with statistical significance,P<0.05.Compared with the nursing quality scores of the control group,the nursing content and nursing methods of the observation group,nursing attitude and nursing technique scores were significantly higher,the difference was statistically significant,P<0.05.Conclusion The application of humanized nursing in the nursing work of patients with schizophrenia during the rehabilitation period can significantly improve mental health,regulate social function,reduce adverse mental state and psychotic symptoms,improve nursing quality and satisfaction,and enhance patient compliance.Medical behavior has many positive effects.
